Please make note of the following:

  • Make sure pallets are cleaned and sorted by vendor/color.
  • A form for each company must be submitted individually.
  • Use the general ASM email with your three or four digit store number when submitting your request. Example: for STR 121, ASM_0121@homedepot.com
  • Approximate timeframe for pallet pick-up is one week from your submission.
  • Please have pallets ready for pick-up as this timeframe may be shorter in some cases.
Please make sure to use an email that ends with @homedepot.com
